Violating the law and other regulations on forest protection, the forestry management "Ribnik" committed a true ecocide of forest resources in the area of this municipality through clearcutting on an area larger than ten hectares. For this job, the company "Šiling" was engaged in a suspicious procedure via public procurement, whose owner is Dušan Barjaktarević, a municipal councillor of the ruling SNSD.

Mada je u taj projekat uloženo desetine miliona maraka i iz gradskog budžeta i iz kreditnih zaduženja, grad Banjaluka nije upisan kao vlasnik sportskih terena na kojima je prošle godine održan teniski turnir „Srpska open“.

Kršeći zakon i druge propise o zaštiti šuma, šumsko gazdinstvo „Ribnik“, počinilo je pravi ekocid šumskih resursa na području ove opštine golom sječom šume na površini većoj od deset hektara. Za ovaj posao, sumnjivim postupkom putem javne nabavke, angažovano je preduzeće „Šiling“, čiji je vlasnik Dušan Barjaktarević, opštinski odbornik vladajućeg SNSD-a.

To što je kao pretežna djelatnost firme „Bepiservice“ doo u zvaničnom registru navedena „usluge preseljenja“ rukovodsto „Autoputeva Republike Srpske“, nije omelo da ovom preduzeću dodijeli posao izrade „Analize medijskog predstavljanja i izvještavanja o projektima u poslovanju preduzeća“.

When the "Sveti apostol Luka" hospital in Doboj procures food products, it hasn't been a question for years about who will win the tender. The fact that "Univerzal-DO" from Doboj and the Banja Luka-based company "Novo-teks" regularly secure the contracts has become a practice to which even the competition has resigned. They say there's no point in complaining because the tender documentation is always prepared in a way that the favourites are known in advance.

Kada bolnica “Sveti apostol Luka” iz Doboja nabavlja prehrambene proizvode, onda već godinama nije pitanje ko će proći na tenderu. Da poslove redovno dobijaju “Univerzal-DO” iz Doboja i banjalučka firma “Novo-teks”, postala je praksa s kojom se i konkurencija pomirila. Žaliti se kažu ne vrijedi, jer tenderska dokumentacija je uvijek tako pripremljena da su favoriti unaprijed poznati.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands will not transfer 2.9 million euros for the reconstruction of the Nevesinje – Berkovići road, approved by the government of that country back in 2018. This outcome is a result of six years of procrastination by the authorities in Republika Srpska to fulfil their part of the obligations on the project, along with open attempts at manipulating non-refundable grants and trying to redirect these funds to other projects.

Kraljevina Holandija neće uplatiti 2,9 miliona evra za rekonstrukciju puta Nevesinje – Berkovići, koje je vlada te zemlje odobrila još 2018. godine.
Ishod je to šestogodišnjeg odlaganja vlasti u Republici Srpskoj da ispune svoj dio preuzetih obaveza na projektu, ali i otvorenih pokušaja manipulacije nepovratnim grantom i pokušajem preusmjeravanja ovih sredstava u neke druge projekte.

In just two years, the Banja Luka-based company "Miltex" has secured 30 contracts for the procurement of firefighting or work uniforms from municipalities, cities, and public institutions in Republika Srpska. A significant portion of these contracts were obtained through direct agreements, while in almost all other cases, the company was the sole bidder in open procedures or competitive requests for public procurement.
